At SHOPLINE, we are committed to empowering merchants and continuously enhancing our platform to ensure a robust and sustainable ecosystem for your business growth. As part of our efforts to provide improved services, we are introducing a new commission fee structure, effective from January 15, 2024.
SHOPLINE Payments’ transaction fees will remain unchanged, no further commission fees will be imposed on it.
Third party gateways are classified as non-SHOPLINE Payments payment providers that provide integrated payment processing for your business through the SHOPLINE platform. Hence, merchants will be charged a commission fee of up to 2% on transactions processed through third-party payment gateways, depending on their plan type.
The commission fee will also be applied to transactions conducted via custom payment methods, including but not limited to manual PayNow, Bank Transfers, Cash on Delivery, manual Visa (POS), manual Master (POS) and manual Amex (POS) and similar methods.

*Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of payment methods. SHOPLINE reserves the right to update, edit, add or remove payment methods from time to time. **SHOPLINE Singapore no longer sells the standard plan to new users. However, existing plan users will still be able to renew this plan.
Please note that orders placed using the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method will be considered valid based on the confirmed order status at the time of placement. For all other payment methods, orders will be deemed valid if they have a “Paid” payment status and a delivery status of “Shipping,” “Shipped,” “Arrived,” or “Collected.”
Any refund and cancellations made to the orders will not result in a reversal of commission fees. For cash payments made at Point-of-Sale, it will be excluded from further fees.
Do take note that the fees are excluding GST.
Commission fee invoices will be issued on a quarterly basis. To avoid service disruption or potential account closure, please ensure payment is made within 7 days of invoice issuance. For a smoother experience and to prevent unexpected closures, we recommend linking a credit card for automatic commission payments.
Below illustrates the steps required to ensure that a credit card is bound to the SHOPLINE 2.0 system. Full FAQ can be found here.
In the Admin, go to [Settings] > [Plan]. Click Add a credit card and a window will pop up. Enter the Card Number, Cardholder's Name, Expiration Date, and Security Code. Check the box to accept the service agreement and then click Save.
When binding a credit card, a USD$1 test deposit will be made for card verification. It will be refunded to you in 7 working days afterwards.
Each store can bind a maximum of 15 credit cards. One of the cards can be selected as the default.
If you would require to pay via alternative payment methods, you may process it via bank transfer too. However, please take note that this would require our Finance team’s verification which may take 1-2 working days. If the payment is not able to be verified by the end of the commission payment deadline, the account may face temporary closure until payment is verified.
